About Us
Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Sansthan, LA is a non-profit organization Tax ID# 20-5624443 (All donations if made in USA are tax deductible) (under section 501(c ) (3)) aimed at promoting and glorifying the teachings and philosophy of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba. The Sansthan was officially registered on September 20th, 2006 and is currently responsible for the management of Shri Shirdi Sai Temple located in Montebello, CA. The temple was inaugurated on January 21, 2007. Life size photo sthapana of Shirdi Sai Baba was done on this auspicious day, much to the delight of hundreds of devotees.
Following the ideals of Baba, this Sansthan is devoted to conduct religious, spiritual, charitable and social activities through the volunteer efforts of its members. Daily rituals/sevas are performed as in Shri Shirdi Sai Mandir at Shirdi. Bhajans, monthly satsangs and various religious activities are also conducted.
